Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Data Visualization Specialist to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business impact through data-driven insights.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop advanced data visualization solutions using Power BI, SAP HANA, and other tools. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

As a Data Visualization Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and visualizations using Power BI and other tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4-6 years of experience delivering Business Intelligence Solutions
  • 4-6 years developing Data Visualization solutions which helps provide insights to the business.
  • 3+ years of Experience of using Power BI as an Enterprise Reporting Solution
  • Strong Technical Expertise in Power BI (mandatory). Expert knowledge using advanced calculations and transformations in Power BI. Additional Power Platform experience a plus.
  • Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements. Sound knowledge of Power BI Security.
  • Excellent knowledge of connecting Power BI to various data sources. SAP HANA, SQL Server, Flat Files, Snowflake, GBD is desirable.
  • Fluent English (both: oral and written)

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between 65,000 PLN and 85,000 PLN per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
