About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager (Beauty) to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective trade and shopper marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Growing key categories in pure online players and traditional channels by leveraging shopper insights, market data, best practices, and stock & sell-out data from retailers.
Building expertise of a channel based on shopper insights, market data, best practices, and stock & sell-out data from retailers to identify biggest growth opportunities for the channel.
Leading the creation of trade activation plans (channel strategies) for key categories in channels under responsibility, taking into account channel specifics and tailor-made approaches.
Constantly monitoring Philips' in-store position (in-store excellence) online and offline, setting improvement targets in each trade area, and driving actions to close gaps.
Evaluating all trade activities and events to optimize investment and achieve best ROI.
Partnering and supporting Key Account Managers in selling the concept of activities to retailers via trade argumentation (how Philips activation is growing category) and ongoing contact with buyers.
You will be responsible for supporting the Beauty category.
Your Team
The role will interact closely with relevant Key Account Managers for respective channels to understand business objectives and develop assets. You will also work regularly with digital and BTL agencies to execute & optimize plans, as well as with corporate digital and marketing teams for more specialist support in specific areas.

You are the Right Fit If:
You have a Bachelor or Master Degree.
You have at least 6 years of professional experience, ideally in trade marketing.
You have very strong analytical, planning, and organization skills.
You have strong business acumen.
You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
You are fluent in English.
You have an active driving license (B category).
