Chief Financial Officer

As a Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy, overseeing the entire profit and loss statement (P&L), including production, sales, and general expenses. Your close collaboration with the Head of Controlling will provide actionable analysis and recommendations to support informed financial decision-making at the strategic level.

• Full P&L Oversight – You will be responsible for managing the entire profit and loss statement (P&L)
• Strategic Partnership with the Head of Controlling – Close collaboration with the Head of Controlling as a business partner
• Matrix Structure Coordination – Working effectively within a matrix structure, reporting locally and regionally
• Interdepartmental Collaboration – Close cooperation with sales and production controllers

• A university degree in economics, finance, or controlling
• Professional experience in business analysis or controlling
• In-depth understanding of financial processes within the industry
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP

Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 PLN per annum (approximate range based on location and experience)
