We're seeking a Product Designer who excels at creating iconic, brand-defining experiences. This role seamlessly blends UX/UI design with product marketing, perfect for someone passionate about shaping both the product experience and the storytelling that brings our client's brand to life.

Responsibilities:

  • User Journey Development: Design and refine user journeys and workflows across brand apps, leveraging data and customer insights to create seamless, intuitive experiences;
  • UI Design Excellence: Develop visually stunning, brand-defining UI designs that elevate brand identity and resonate with users;
  • Marketing Asset Creation: Create and deliver marketing assets, including social media campaigns, product demo videos, and animations that engage and inspire;
  • Motion Graphics Expertise: Design and produce motion graphics and video content to enhance marketing and product storytelling;
  • Brand Consistency: Champion the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and iconic visual identity in both product and marketing;
  • AI Integration: Embrace an experimental AI-first mindset, integrating AI tools into the creative process to enhance efficiency and explore innovative design possibilities;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cooperate with the client's headquarters in the United States.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in UX/UI design, focusing on creating user-centric workflows and intuitive interfaces;
  • Exceptional visual design skills, with a deep understanding of branding and how to bring an iconic brand to life;
  • Proven expertise in motion design and video editing, creating dynamic, engaging assets for marketing and product promotion;
  • Proficiency in Figma and motion platforms like After Effects or similar tools;
  • Ai-curious, with a strong interest in leveraging AI tools to optimize creative workflows and amplify design output;
  • Ability to balance product design and marketing needs, thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with product, engineering, and marketing teams;
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as design, fine arts, or communications.

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience;
  • The opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with a team in London;
  • The possibility to work remotely or from our Warsaw office located near the Politechnika metro station;
