This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing global digital media initiatives and collaborating closely with local teams to ensure content resonance and localization meet regional preferences and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute advanced marketing automation and email marketing components within campaigns, including scheduling, HTML email creation, and management within our marketing automation platform.
  • Lead the updating and optimization efforts of landing pages to ensure alignment with current best practices and maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to design and execute strategic campaigns aligned with business priorities, leveraging industry knowledge and key personas effectively.
  • Utilize online project management and communication tools to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
  • Edit, optimize, and publish emails, incorporating images, links, and cutting-edge email best practices into our email marketing platform.
  • Generate insightful reports using data from various sources, including Eloqua, Qlikview, and Google Analytics, to address specific business inquiries and assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 4+ years of successful experience across B2B digital and outbound marketing.
  • Experience with UTMs and funnel optimization.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices that involve nurturing both prospect and customers.
  • Strong understanding of business-to-business marketing tactics, techniques, and strategies.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, e.g., Eloqua, Braze, Pardot, Marketo, etc.
  • Basic analytics capabilities familiar with different data collection and measurement techniques.
  • Proficiency with web content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML code.
