You will be joining the team responsible for Ongoing Due Diligence within our Financial Crime Prevention department. We play a significant role in managing financial crime and ensuring our bank's compliance.

About the Role

As a Senior Leader in Financial Crime Prevention, you will lead a department currently consisting of more than 120 people, with 8 leaders reporting to you. Your teams are responsible for performing KYC across multiple market areas.

You will promote a culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. This includes:

  • Managing a large department of around 120 people, facilitating their performance and growth.
  • Building and maintaining cooperative working relationships with stakeholders and ensuring proper representation of your department and overall function.
  • Ensuring delivery of services within agreed-upon timeframes and quality.
  • Maintaining and continuously enhancing the way your team operates, cultivating a culture of LEAN and continuous improvement.
  • Leading your department and its people through an intense transformation agenda while maintaining high levels of engagement.

Key responsibilities include getting involved in initiatives and projects of various scales and complexity, making and supporting data-driven decisions in a constantly developing environment, and driving innovation and composure in a constantly evolving organization.
