Cyber Staff Seeks Experienced Senior QA Engineer

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to join our team at Cyber Staff. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for web and desktop applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop automated test frameworks for web and desktop applications using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar.
  • Write and execute comprehensive test cases to verify the functionality, stability, and performance of software applications.
  • Implement end-to-end automated tests to ensure seamless functionality across the entire application lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the development team to define test plans and acceptance criteria based on business and technical requirements.
  • Identify, track, and resolve software defects through structured testing processes.
  • Perform regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing to guarantee product robustness.
  • Maintain documentation of test strategies, scripts, and results to ensure ongoing quality control.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior QA Engineer with a strong focus on automated and manual testing.
  • Extensive experience in writing end-to-end automated tests using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
  • Proficient in testing web applications (cross-browser testing, responsive testing) as well as desktop applications (GUI testing).
  • Experience in Frontend and Backend testing with the latest tools and industry best practices - Front-end web application test automation (Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, etc.) and REST API testing frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Github Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, circleCI).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter) and load testing methodologies.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Experience with cloud native technologies and libraries.
