Job Description:
This role involves managing office supplies, welcoming visitors, coordinating with building management, and overseeing office maintenance tasks. You will also review supplier contracts, manage parking allocations, maintain cleanliness, and order business cards. Furthermore, you will organize appointments, conferences, and meetings, act as the first point of contact for local HR inquiries, support onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as an Office and HR Administrator/Coordinator or in other HR-related roles. Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required, along with demonstrable knowledge of Human Resources metrics and practices. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as well as strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across various divisions.
