Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our projects and work with various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and work with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize deliverables and complete additional research
  • Guide teams through delivery and manage scope, risks, and issues
  • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and break down business epics into features and user stories
  • Help execute Agile delivery, including team sprint and increment planning, backlog management, and readouts
  • Drive the refinement and maintenance of the product backlog
  • Quantify customer impact of feature deliveries and measure product KPIs
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner or project manager in an agile and/or iterative waterfall delivery environment
  • German proficiency
  • Experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • Experience converting business strategy to innovative products for the consumer
  • Working knowledge and experience with JIRA, Confluence, Project, and Visio
  • Experience working in financial services and/or energy sectors is highly desired
  • A highly entrepreneurial and flexible mindset with a desire to put all your experience and great ideas to good use
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they adhere to quality standards
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
  • Having the ability to create and give executive-level presentations
  • Establishing effective project timelines with correct dependencies and durations and ensuring their execution on schedule and within budget
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
