Job Description

As our Senior UI Designer, you'll work closely with our top-notch Designers and world-class UX Team to deliver outstanding software experiences for native iOS and Android apps. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our Technical Teams and driving innovation in the IoT industry.

  • You'll conduct design workshops with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for new and existing products and features, especially for mobile apps.
  • Support projects from initial design to final production, ensuring seamless collaboration with developers.
  • Implement and develop our new branding, pushing the boundaries of design and creativity.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning within the team.
  • Prioritize knowledge-sharing activities, both within and outside the organization, to drive growth and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of commercial experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio of visually rich work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in creating Design Systems using components and auto-layouts.
  • Hands-on practice designing interfaces for IoT and connected devices, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • A solid understanding of iOS and Android platform guidelines, as well as animation (vs. static) designs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain design decisions to clients and colleagues.
