Job Description
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts for our SaaS solutions within the public transport sector in Poland. Your primary focus will be to establish strong relationships with transit agencies, municipalities, and transport operators, identifying their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their operations. Additionally, you will work with corporations committed to green initiatives, supporting their sustainability goals by providing innovative transport solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, or technology for the public sector.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels, from technical staff to C-level executives.
- Self-motivation, results-orientation, and the ability to work independently with coaching supervision.
- Fluency in Polish and good English language skills (both written and spoken).
- A willingness to travel within Poland as required.
