About the Opportunity

Unilever is currently hiring for a Junior Project Manager who will support the Sales Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through the delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of assigned projects and processes, developing modern IT solutions that support the sales team and provide a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with IT solution providers to deliver project outcomes and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage internal projects (iOPS, Via Carpatia) to ensure timely completion and high-quality results, overseeing business aspects of projects.
  • Collaborate with IT, Customer Development Operations, and Customer Business Development teams to deliver project outcomes.
  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce complexity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a sales operations or similar role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methods (Prince 2, Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and ability to create project schedules.
  • Strong analytical skills, prioritization, planning, and task execution skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Creativity and dedication to delivering fantastic results, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Presentation skills, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive), and fluency in Polish and English.
