Lead the Future of IT Architecture at PEPCO

PEPCO is seeking a visionary Chief Architect to drive the transformation of our IT architecture function. As a key member of the IT Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a simpler, more flexible, and sustainable architecture that aligns with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and shape the architecture function to support our business strategy and IT goals.
  • Create and execute short, medium, and long-term technology strategies.
  • Oversee architecture governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and compliance with industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing architecture team.
  • Lead a strategic approach to technology investments.
Requirements:
  • TOGAF Certified Architect (desirable).
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, and integration tools.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end retail solutions.
  • Proven experience leading architecture in complex technology landscapes.
