We are a team of over 60 designers and developers who care about redesigning the world at Sigma Software. As a part of our software design team, you will have a chance to work with some great professionals and get inspired for your future success.

We are currently seeking a Web Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and addressing issues related to improving user behavior for digital products, including mobile applications, web applications, and websites. We are looking for a person who likes to work with data, run tests, and draw conclusions based on data together with the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize products and activities, contributing to strategic product decisions by leveraging expertise in Google Analytics (Enhanced E-commerce), Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and Power BI.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Plan, conduct, and interpret the results of A/B tests to optimize existing product features and implement new ones.
  • Conduct UX research and analyze results (optional and depends on the candidate's experience).

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in Google Analytics (Enhanced E-commerce), Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and Power BI.
  • Experience in running and analyzing A/B tests to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and an understanding of DOM document structures.
  • Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.

Desirable Skills:

  • Background in UX research or usability testing.
  • Familiarity with Front-end technologies and web performance metrics.
  • Experience with mobile analytics systems (e.g., AppsFlyer).
