About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and implementing effective internal controls. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and completeness of our financial information.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop, prepare, analyze, and present budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance.">
  • Drive the costing activities (prepare price quotations, cost analysis, etc.)">
  • Document and train people on all Key Processes that support each of the main internal control cycle (Stock, Receivables/Payables/Cash).">
  • Ensure rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter.">
  • Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding company assets.">

    • Guarantee the engagement & development of the Finance team.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting/finance as a Finance Controller.">
  • Experience with manual and automated accounting systems and familiarity with advanced finance tools in the global finance market.">
  • A bachelor's degree with a major in finance or accounting.">
  • Good written and oral English skills.">
  • Knowledge of tax computations and processes.">
  • Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.">

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
