Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our Allegro Ads team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning solutions for our advertising system.

The ideal candidate should possess a wide range of engineering skills, including data/feature engineering, online model serving, deployment, and monitoring methods. A strong competency in using machine learning algorithms is also essential. You will work closely with our Data Scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining data and machine learning training pipelines
  • Collaborating with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product, and Data teams across the model lifecycle
  • Production-running model management, monitoring, and tuning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in machine learning, mathematics, computer science, statistics, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Knowledge of ML models lifecycle
  • Practical experience in ML-based solutions development
  • Familiarity with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks
  • Prior experience in running large-scale computations on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Practical experience in Python microservices and libraries development and maintenance
  • Ability to independently make decisions within designated scope and take full responsibility for tasks throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
