Reality Games is seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
  • Conducting product testing and audits to ensure quality deliverables
  • Documenting test results and implementing corrective actions
  • Evaluating production operations to optimize efficiency and quality
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the game development industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with task management software, bug tracking tools, and database management systems
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of cloud mobile testing platforms
