Job Description

We're looking for an accomplished Senior/Lead UX Researcher to drive the development of our global platform by collaborating with diverse stakeholders and clients across various business units. As part of our team, you'll work closely with product stakeholders, design leads, and other product teams to inform research, shape requirements, and envision new features and integrations. Your expertise will bridge global teams and foster effective collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze user needs and behaviors using a variety of research methods.
  2. Digest and interpret complex data to uncover valuable insights.
  3. Liaise with local teams to coordinate and lead research activities within their respective business units.
  4. Mentor colleagues in research skills, especially those without direct research experience.
  5. Develop research objectives, methodologies, and guidelines.
  6. Pull together findings from past research and organize them for reuse and potential future applications.
  7. Communicate research insights to the team and stakeholders.
  8. Broaden your perspective by seeing the bigger organizational picture.
  9. Influence change through well-supported research-based decisions.
  10. Navigate cross-cultural collaborations, recognizing that differing levels of communication may exist.
  11. Evaluate situations and propose enhancements and creative solutions.
  12. Engage stakeholders, build consensus, and maintain transparency throughout projects.
  13. Sustain engagement and involvement with features and requirements throughout their entire lifecycle.


Expected Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with multiple research tools and techniques.
  • Industry-standard prototyping tool mastery.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, software engineering process, and user-centered research/design thinking.
  • The ability to distill research conclusions into easily digestible formats for diverse audiences.
  • Capacity for systematic and logical thought with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills (at least B2 level).
