At Jti GBS Poland Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineering Lead to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an experienced professional who can build, test, and maintain the company's CDP data model and business rules, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT security, Enterprise Architecture (EA), and Data & Analytics (D&A) teams to ensure workflows comply with security and technical requirements.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the DES and D&A teams to integrate the different consumer touchpoints from Azure Data Lake and external sources, ensuring seamless data flows into CDP for advanced targeting and personalization.
  • This role involves optimization of data pipelines and automation processes for higher efficiency and scalability.
  • The Senior Data Engineering Lead will work closely with internal and external development teams to implement new features, enhancements, and campaigns.
  • They will perform code and peer reviews for data ingestions and CDP workflows and databases to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • The successful candidate will ensure that consumer profiles and data usage align with governance policies, global definitions, and business rules.

Requirements:

  • A university degree is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in Treasure Data development or similar CDP roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data and Analytics from a modeling and reporting standpoint.
  • 5+ years of exposure to IT architecture and solutions for data flows among systems and applications.
  • Experience in delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform with a special emphasis on data solutions and services.
  • Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Python, PySpark, SQL are required programming languages.
  • Knowledge in testing and validating Analytical solutions.
  • Data Engineering skills on Azure stuck (Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake).
  • A good understanding of Azure PaaS management and resource monitoring.
  • CI/CD experience and DevOps.
