Commercial Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing commercial expertise to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key activities will include providing estimate and cost planning, performing all aspects of procurement, participating effectively with post-contract cost variances, undertaking cost checks, and maintaining liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
You will be required to have a good understanding of all civils, structural, and architectural aspects as they relate to construction of projects, and be familiar with different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
A strong communicator with excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills, you will also be able to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
