At Acoustic, we are seeking a highly skilled UX Writer to join our design team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with UX Designers, Researchers, and Product Managers to create exceptional digital content that enhances user experience across all touchpoints.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and research, with experience working in an agile environment. You will be responsible for crafting original content that meets user needs and is consistent with our brand voice and style guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with UX Designers, Researchers, and Product Managers to develop digital content strategies
  • Create high-quality, engaging text that helps users complete tasks across all digital platforms
  • Conduct research to gain empathy for our audience and develop analytics strategies to measure content effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in online writing and publishing
  • Knowledge of CMS, HTML, CSS, and markdown a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and curiosity about user experiences
