We are looking for a Power Transformers Business Excellence Leader to drive process improvements and tool enhancements in our engineering function. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in engineering, strong technical knowledge of PLM, CAD, and ERP systems, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role requires close collaboration with the engineering community to collect proposals for improving design tools, scrutinize them with the engineering management team, and submit them to R&D for development. The successful candidate will also establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process implementation and initiate improvement initiatives when necessary.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for process improvement to make a significant impact in our Power Transformers business.
