Job Description

Stryker Poland Services sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Expert to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the implementation of data governance best practices across our organization. As a Data Governance Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of our master data records.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position based in Krakow, Poland, with travel opportunities within the region as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in data management or a related field, with a strong background in JD Edwards 9.2 and analytical tools such as Oracle SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Led the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date master data records, including supplier catalog information and GTINs.
  • Responsible for managing Kit Items, including creation, updates, and obsolescence, to ensure standardization and accuracy.
  • Developed and maintained internal processes and controls documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborated with divisional functional teams to ensure project success and meet short- and long-term goals.
  • Maintained objectivity, independence, and due professional care consistent with Stryker and external standards.
  • Protected the organization's value by keeping confidential information secure.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, logistics/inventory management, or information systems are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maintaining master data records or finance, supply chain/logistics, or other operations experience with a leaning towards data maintenance.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure and adapt to a quickly changing environment.

Salary: Estimated salary range is between PLN 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
