Antal Sp. z o.o. offers a challenging role for a Customer Support Specialist in Warsaw, Poland.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our R&D Organization as a Support Engineer.

This full-time position requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing product support to customers, working closely with the Development team to resolve issues efficiently.

Your primary goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction by identifying customer needs, reproducing cases, and facilitating smooth handovers.

The ideal candidate should have experience in customer-facing roles and 3-5 years of technical support experience or similar job experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle emergency support calls during regular working hours (Monday to Friday)
  • Resolve incoming product support tickets in Jira Service Desk
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce faults
  • Clarify incoming support tickets and gather required information from customers
  • Support the manager with onboarding new team members
  • Create and distribute product licenses to customers
  • Review and update customer documentation (user guides, white papers, release notes)

Requirements:

  • Proficient communication skills to articulate technical matters to clients and internal personnel
  • General Linux knowledge
  • Networking experience
  • Scripting experience
  • Ability to read Java or C
  • Generic Database knowledge
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
