**About Our Job**

Overview

We at Lan IT 24 GmbH are looking for a skilled SCCM Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing daily support for the SCCM environment, designing and implementing scripting solutions, and optimizing delivery using BranchCache design principles.

Responsibilities
  • Support the SCCM environment, including resolving incident tickets, service requests, change tickets, and disaster recovery tests.
  • Design and implement scripting solutions using PowerShell and other tools.
  • Optimize delivery using BranchCache design principles, particularly with Windows 10.
  • Troubleshoot and mitigate complex WAN issues related to patch replication and deployment.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SCCM architecture, including configuration files.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft device management and related technologies, including SCCM, EMS/Intune, and Azure.
  • Extensive experience in device management, both desktop and server, with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) in a large corporate enterprise.
  • Deep knowledge of SCCM components, roles, interactions, and system dependencies.
  • Experience designing and supporting large-scale OS patch operations.
  • Understanding of security best practices, policies, and standards for designing highly secure cloud architectures.
  • SQL knowledge for designing SCCM databases and reporting services.
  • Proven track record in core skills for Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end provisioning processes in SCCM, including images, software deployment, and patching.
  • Familiarity with standard ITIL processes, such as lifecycle management and ITSM.
  • Fundamental understanding of network concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.
