About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our education center in Katowice, Poland. As the Cryptocurrency Education Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our cryptocurrency education services.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct various events such as workshops, training sessions, conferences, and networking events for our community.
  • Become a subject matter expert in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets to develop high-quality educational content.
  • Oversee a small team of customer support specialists at the Education Centre.
  • Provide direct customer support both in-person at the Education Center and online via email, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with external partners to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Promote the Education Center through Social Media and other marketing channels.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor educational offerings accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully promoting events and services.
  • Customer service experience and strong ability to build positive customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
  • Passion for cryptocurrencies and knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
