We are seeking a Senior Reporting Specialist to manage the complete, accurate, and timely delivery of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) reporting for two key areas of the Corporate Specialist Accounting department:

Long Term Incentives (LTI) provided to UK and US employees including disclosures in the Annual Report and Accounts. Venture Capital (VC) entities located in the US and the UK, and the planning and forecasting activities for these entities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Delivering month end and quarter end finance activities for long-term incentives and equity investments.
  • Accounting for GSK Award Schemes under IFRS 2.
  • Accounting for GSK equity investments under IFRS 9.
  • Preparing documentation for all month-end control processes in LTI, ensuring full compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Supporting preparation of annual report disclosures for Long Term Incentives and the ESOT Trust as required.
