Travcorp Poland Sp. Z O.o. is a dynamic organization that values innovation and excellence in its operations. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's vision forward by developing and owning product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development and delivery align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become the main point of contact for a business area and/or product.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert in a business area and understand how our solutions are used to support them.
• Build a strong understanding of the business to identify true needs and requirements.
• Work with key business stakeholders & technical teams to gather requirements and ensure that the product roadmap reflects the needs of the business, customers and users.
• Prioritise enhancements effectively and maintain Monday roadmaps / JIRA to allow dev teams, stakeholders and wider TTC Tech to easily understand and work from those roadmaps.
• Regularly review Product Definition, overall product aims and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure they are up to date and appropriate for the current business climate.
• Analyse the size or complexity of a change, using appropriate methodologies and documentation for changes vs enhancements.
• Consider when there is a larger project that requires support of the PMO.
• Define, document and present business requirements.
• Analyse and interpret business need into scalable Tech solutions and/or improved/changed business processes.
• Define and measure product success metrics and use them to track product performance, iterate on features, and continuously improve the product.
• Understand, document & manage dependencies with or impact on other systems / projects.
• Support project implementation and the handover of new solutions (e.g., testing, training, handover to application support).

Salary: Estimated salary range £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
