As a Client Success Advocate, you will have the chance to work closely with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Responsibilities:
- Manage a large/dynamic client and product portfolio
- Provide full support of client SDK integration from technical kickoff through post-production ongoing support and QA checks
- Troubleshoot implementation issues throughout the engagement
- Demonstrate and explain Nielsen SDK attributes to technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
- High level of German and English, any other EU language is a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Aptitude for learning new systems and processes
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
