Role Overview

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an experienced Project Specialist to join our Group PMO team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing portfolios, providing essential support, and ensuring our methodologies are top-notch.

As a Project Specialist, you'll work closely with Program/Project Managers, assisting them in tracking the status of program/project deliverables and milestones. You'll also administer central sites, project communities, and resources (e.g., SharePoint), update and manage templates, processes, methods, standards, SOP's and e-learnings, and ensure project plans and documentation are complete and up-to-date.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transport industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
