**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare, review, and issue invoices in alignment with company policies and customer agreements
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure that billing records are precise and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed
  • Streamline processes, enhance billing practices, and contribute to the company's overall cash flow management

**Qualifications**

  • Accounts receivables or related finance experience would be a strong asset
  • German language at B1+ level is a strong plus but not required
  • PeopleSoft or Oracle experience preferred but not required
