The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across various systems and equipment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks as required across HV and LV distribution systems.
  • Associated plant and equipment maintenance, including HVAC mechanical cooling and heating systems.
  • Monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS) for running and alarm conditions.
  • Attending to air conditioning-related issues and providing excellent customer service.
  • Conducting building walk-rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's, and utilities.
  • Investigating faults, identifying causes, and implementing effective remedies.
  • Preparing accurate and timely reports as required.
  • Ensuring corrective works are carried out in accordance with current regulations.
  • Assisting with installation works when required.
  • Participating in emergency call-out rosters to provide cover for weekend and team member absences.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. Critical environment experience.
  2. Excellent customer relationship skills.
  3. A working knowledge of Permit to Work systems.
  4. The ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and processes.
  5. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and BMS.
  6. Knowledge of 17th Edition IEE Regulations.
