Aviation Claims Specialist

AirHelp Services Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled Aviation Claims Specialist to join our global Operations Team. As an integral part of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting air passengers with their delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flights.

• Assess claims and provide timely, friendly assistance to customers via email, chat, and social media channels.
• Utilize legal knowledge to advise and assist air travelers, leveraging relevant training provided by the company.

• Fluent communication in English, Arabic, and French (minimum B2 level) with excellent writing and speaking skills.
• Experience working with targets is highly desirable.
• Eagerness to learn about the airline industry and customer service is essential.
• Satisfaction from helping people and willingness to go the extra mile for them are core values we look for in candidates.
• Ability to work in a shift system, including morning, evening, and night shifts, is required.
