Valeo, a leading global tech company, is seeking a Supply Chain CIM Manager to join its team in Chrzanów. As a key member of the plant supply chain team, you will be responsible for deploying Valeo's supply chain standards and guidelines, monitoring inventory accuracy, and minimizing special transport costs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Plant Supply Chain CIM team to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
  • Deploy Valeo's supply chain standards, guidelines, working methods, methodologies, and tools in the plant and towards suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and escalate anomalies to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Minimize special transport costs by optimizing logistic concepts for new projects.
  • Drive logistics cost reduction activities and P-30 activities, including AGV and Call Button implementation.
  • Lead continuous improvement actions in all supply chain activities.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities support New Project Introduction or Engineering Change.
  • Support project and purchasing teams by proposing the best solutions to maximize service levels, minimize logistic costs, and accelerate physical flows from suppliers to customers.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on new project introduction.
  • Knowledge of SAP and logistics systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in optimizing and automating logistic processes.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
