Aon is seeking a talented individual to join our Reinsurance team as a Broker Assistant. In this role, you will support brokers in their everyday business activities, preparing reinsurance proposals and presentations, drafting reinsurance wordings, and administrating existing contracts in our internal system.

As a Broker Assistant, you will work closely with various international teams across the organization, including actuarial, catastrophe modelling, and accounting. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, numerical thinking, and communication.

To succeed in this role, you will need a university degree, excellent knowledge of English and Polish, and attention to detail. You will also need to be quick at learning, have a positive approach to work, and be able to work well under pressure.
