Accounting Professional with SAP Expertise

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise and SAP knowledge to drive business growth and excellence.

As a key member of our Shared Service team, you will process and post purchase invoices, credit notes, and payments, handle business trip settlements, and maintain supplier data.

You will also be required to contact suppliers regarding account balances, payment details, and other inquiries, and review and analyze supplier accounts and settlements to identify areas for improvement.

In addition, you will develop and implement P2P procedures to optimize processes and minimize risks, prepare and analyze basic data and reports, and provide job-related support to team members.

This position requires excellent communication and intercultural skills, as well as a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and post purchase invoices, credit notes, and payments in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle business trip settlements efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier data to ensure seamless communication and transactions.
  • Contact suppliers regarding account balances, payment details, and other inquiries.
  • Review and analyze supplier accounts and settlements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement P2P procedures to optimize processes and minimize risks.
  • Prepare and analyze basic data and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Provide job-related support to team members and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Professional education in Economics, Finance, or Accounting, or related field.
  • Excellent English language skills (min. B2 level).
  • Good German language skills (min. B2 level).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to analyze data and communicate results effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
