As a Tender Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be part of a dynamic and international oriented Customer Service Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to tender invitations from our customers in Poland.
  • Review tender specifications and documentation, highlighting clauses deviating from our company regulations.
  • Assemble all required information and review final documentation in close cooperation with your Sales colleagues.
  • Submit tender quotations to meet customer timelines.
  • Update the tender database to monitor the tender process and results.

Requirements:

  • Polish as a first language, proficient written and spoken English.
  • Commercial or similar education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Polish procurement processes.
  • Validated knowledge and solid understanding of Polish procurement law and tender management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving and willingness to take decisions.
  • Strong social skills with the ability to build and handle relationships and effectively communicate to all levels of management and to build working collaborations outside of the team.
