Job Overview

At SGS, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for providing essential data to support and formulate our Talent Acquisition Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to understand and identify the current and future market conditions.
  • Be an advisor to our talent acquisition team regarding the marketplace and constantly evolving, tweaking, and improving the search strategy to deliver excellence.
  • Leverage existing resources (ATS, social media, job boards and any other open sources) and share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy.
  • Work on improving candidate experience by maintaining a very close relationship to attract interested, qualified and motivated potentials.
  • Proactively develop robust candidate pipelines across a diverse range of business and functional areas for current and future hires by using a multichannel sourcing approach.
  • Utilize appropriate social media sourcing and branding tools to support with talent attraction.
  • Develop and carry out a referral sourcing strategy.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
  • Use appropriate candidate marketing for candidate associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals, use of analytics tools, etc.
  • Ensure our candidate database is up to date and holds all relevant candidate information.

Requirements

  • Master's degree is desired or equivalent by experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer is essential.
  • Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Experience setting up pipelines and building communities.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
  • Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
  • Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
  • The ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends.
