Job Description

The Principal Country & Site Activation Manager (Global Start Up Study Manager) plays a critical role in the success of our clinical trials. This position is responsible for overseeing the country and site activation process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to activate sites and start trials on time. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, managing project timelines, and coordinating with external partners.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in clinical operations, preferably across multiple therapeutic areas and phases of development in Rx and Vx. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee country and site activation process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with external partners
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve study start-up efficiency

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Science, Math, etc.)
  • Significant experience in clinical operations, preferably across multiple therapeutic areas and phases of development in Rx and Vx
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
