Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data platform development team, you will design, develop, and maintain robust data platform solutions and features from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

Develop scalable systems for processing and organizing large amounts of data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data solutions.Integrate new technologies to improve platform performance and reliability.Ensure high-quality deliverables through thorough testing.Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to maintain platform stability.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in backend or data engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to lead feature development from concept to delivery.
  • Fluency in English and Polish communication.

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
