Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to join our team at Bayer UK & Ireland. As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our marketing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing processes and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and archive documents, including contracts, reports, invoices, and presentations.
  • Assist with managing invoices, preparing cost reports, and supporting the accounts payable process.
  • Take initiative to improve office processes and collaborate with colleagues to resolve organizational issues.
  • Plan meetings, reserve conference rooms, coordinate calendars for managers and teams, and remind them of important deadlines.
  • Support teams with administrative tasks, such as preparing documentation, reports, organizing business trips, and making office purchases.
  • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating schedules, collecting materials, and collaborating with other teams and advertising agencies.
  • Support the organization of company events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities, including coordinating promotional materials, reserving spaces, and collaborating with suppliers.
  • Communicate with service providers (printers, advertising agencies) and monitor the execution of orders and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Knowledge of English in a communicative level.
