Job Title: Delivery Lead, Manager

About the Role:
As a Delivery Lead, Manager at Mondelēz International, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. You will partner with financial leaders to extend existing reporting capabilities, attract new user groups, and increase use cases. Your goal will be to enable and evolve Data & Analytics products for Enterprise Performance Analytics and Finance, supporting key business decisions, driving business improvements, and delivering business value by identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics in the support of financial processes and business reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage collaboratively with business stakeholders to drive workshops, collect requirements, and translate data visualization and analytics needs into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
  • Provide initial dashboard mockups to align expectations and facilitate iterative feedback.
  • Manage backend and frontend design, development, and delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
  • Build market-driven, feasible, and sustainable analytics products that meet business requirements.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end product engineering process and product delivery.
  • Manage the development and continued improvement of analytics products to drive decision making within financial business reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams worldwide to deliver analytics products.
  • Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects.
  • Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver.

Requirements:
  • Experience with advanced Business Intelligence (BI) tools and platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery of analytical products.
  • Technical experience in roles in best-in-class analytics practices.
  • Experience deploying new analytical approaches in a complex and highly matrixed organization.
  • Savvy in usage of analytics techniques to create business impacts.
  • Experience in end-to-end project management.
  • Capability to lead technical and functional team engagement with internal and external partners.
  • Proven ability to estimate, plan, and document projects.
  • Effective financial management of analytics product and project budgets.
  • Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated analytical thinking capabilities.
