Drive growth and excellence in clinical research at TN Poland by taking on the role of a Clinical Project Manager.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Overseeing global, multi-center clinical research projects across various therapeutic areas
  • Ensuring timely delivery of clinical research projects while maintaining high quality standards
  • Leveraging leadership skills to manage multi-functional project teams
  • Fostering a culture of learning and development among project team members
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project matters
  • Participating in bid defense meetings and contributing to proposal development and client presentations
  • Ensuring adherence to standard practices and intradepartmental procedures

Essential qualifications

  • Proven experience in clinical research as a project manager or equivalent
  • A strong background in global or regional clinical project management, including project services from startup to closure
  • Desirable therapeutic experience in oncology, and/or MS, IBD, hemophilia, other rare disease, infectious diseases
  • Preferably experienced in managing Phase II and III clinical projects
  • Relevant degree in Life Sciences (or similar) or equivalent combination of education, training & experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Confident negotiation skills
  • Excellent team building, resource allocation and organizational skills
