Contract (long-term): B2BSalary : 120- 130 PLN/h net/B2BLocation : Remote within Poland Project Overview Join our Rite NRG team and become part of a talented group of developers working on the MVP of a brand-new application . This project is all about building the foundation — designing scalable architecture, implementing core backend services, and setting technical standards that will shape the product’s future growth. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced engineers, product designers, and stakeholders to bring a new idea to life, moving fast while maintaining high code quality. It’s a great opportunity to have a real impact from day one, contribute to key technical decisions, and help transform a concept into a production-ready solution. Key Technologies Node.js Express.js / NestJS REST APIs, GraphQL Docker, Kubernetes (basic knowledge) CI/CD tools Responsibilities Design and implement core backend services and APIs for a new MVP application using Node.js Build scalable and flexible architecture to support future product growth Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (TDD/BDD preferred) Collaborate with front-end developers to define efficient data flows and integrations Contribute to shaping technical direction, tools, and best practices from the ground up Continuously optimize performance, reliability, and code quality as the product evolves Work closely with product and design teams in an Agile/Scrum setup to rapidly iterate and deliver value Requirements Minimum 4 years of commercial experience with Node.js Experience in backend development using TypeScript or any strongly typed language, SQL databases, and frameworks for dependency/network management (e.g., NestJS, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core) Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling Understanding of modern API design and security best practices Good understanding of system design principles, scalability, and performance optimization Experience in fintech, highly regulated industries, or document processing will be considered an advantage Fluency in Polish and advanced level of English (B2/C1) Nice to have Familiarity with Docker and version control systems like Git Experience with cloud services is a plus Rite NRG is a vibrant outsourcing technology company driven by the Right People dedicated to empowering businesses through innovative software solutions.
