We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Back-end Developer to join our Consulting team and contribute to a wide range of implementation projects across global clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with a modern technology stack, influence solution architecture, and introduce innovative approaches that move our projects to the next level. As part of an agile, international team, you will collaborate with top industry leaders and work on solutions built on the latest cloud platforms and data technologies. If you are passionate about backend engineering and ready to make a measurable impact, this role is an excellent fit. Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java , Spring , Spring Boot , and microservices architecture . Manage database interactions using JPA/Hibernate and work with SQL-based database engines. Optimize backend performance and ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the services. Participate in architecture and design activities , contributing to solution design and technical decisions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams, including architects, front-end developers, QA, and product owners. Ensure code quality through unit tests, integration tests , documentation, and adherence to Clean Code practices. Contribute to project planning and provide input on technical feasibility and effort estimation. Excellent knowledge of Java backed by 5+ years of professional experience . Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services in Java, Spring, Spring Boot , and microservices ecosystems. Practical knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases including JPA/Hibernate. Proven ability to ensure high-quality code through testing and documentation. Very good communication skills in English , both spoken and written. Experience working in international teams and agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of Clean Code principles and unit testing best practices. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science , or another technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT role within a corporate environment. Strong experience with Java and commonly used Java frameworks . Certifications such as Java , Spring , SQL , AWS , or Azure Cloud .
