Our Tax Technology team deals with creating and implementing advanced IT solutions that support wide range of business and tax calculation processes. They are related mainly to international personal income taxes ( GMS – Global Mobility Services ) and management of human resources. We work in global and diverse environment and cooperate with various teams around the world including  Europe, America and Asia .
In our daily work we are focused on creating safe, innovative and ergonomic solutions that join specific business knowledge with new technologies. We support also many world-wide corporations which appreciate the highest level of services we deliver.

As an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the lifecycle of a specific product. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage a product’s evolution, enhancing its value and impact
Ensure effective communication and alignment of project plans with all stakeholders, facilitating smooth interactions between business users and technical teams
Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements, translating them into detailed implementation specifications
Actively manage and refine the backlog, plan sprints, and oversee development stages in an Agile environment
Work closely with Development and Quality Assurance teams to uphold the quality of delivered software
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Project Manager, with a proven track record in Agile environments and familiarity with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution
Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar platforms; experience with project management frameworks such as Kanban and Scrum is highly desirable.
Analytical thinking, positive energy, proactivity, „I can do” attitude

Technical background in software development or related fields

Additional assets:
Experience in Cloud development – preferably Azure (Azure App Service, Azure Functions, CosmosDB, Service Bus and others);
Knowledge of CI/CD processes in Azure & DevOps for delivering software in Agile methodology;
