Job Overview Danfoss is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Design Engineer to join our PL01 Product Family team. This role is based in Poland and focuses on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to drive innovation and excellence in our product offerings. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of products within the PL01 family, from conception to end-of-life, ensuring optimal performance and sustainability. Design Innovation: Lead the design and development of new products and enhancements, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to align product development with business objectives. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and quality control measures to ensure products meet Danfoss standards and customer expectations. Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainable practices into product design and lifecycle management, supporting Danfoss's commitment to environmental responsibility. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design and lifecycle management, with a strong background in mechanical products. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in 3D CAD software and PLM tools. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex engineering challenges. Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
