Join to apply for the Data Scientist role at Madiff We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our expanding AI team focused on building and deploying large-scale, Generative AI–powered systems for global enterprises. You’ll design and fine-tune LLMs, optimise RAG pipelines, and implement advanced predictive models that drive real business transformation across industries such as banking, telecom, and high-tech. Location: Fully remote / Europe-based Design, fine-tune, and optimise LLMs and GenAI pipelines using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, and LangChain Build and scale RAG systems and advanced prompting (chain-of-thought, function-calling) Develop and deploy predictive models for classification and time-series forecasting in CI/CD environments with Docker and MLflow Implement robust AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, monitoring, and ethical guidelines Lead internal adoption workshops, mentor junior team members, and drive business alignment Collaborate on data ingestion, feature engineering, model evaluation, and feedback loops 3–4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with hands-on GenAI and ML workflows Excellent Python skills with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks) and MLOps tools like MLflow and CI/CD pipelines Proven success in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture Solid knowledge of forecasting and predictive modelling Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring abilities Fluent English (spoken and written) Familiarity with Dataiku, Apache Spark, GraphQL, or React Native Domain experience in healthcare or fintech MSc or PhD in Data Science, AI, or a related field What we offer Fully remote work setup Comprehensive medical care Long-term opportunity to shape GenAI adoption in highly regulated, high-impact industries Join a cutting-edge AI engineering team and help build the next generation of enterprise-scale intelligent systems Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Madiff by 2x Get notified about new Data Scientist jobs in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland .
