As a Microsoft Partner in the area of Data & AI Azure, we have deep expertise in cloud tools and technologies, supporting clients from Poland and other European countries.

We are looking for a  Senior   Data Engineer  who will be responsible for creation, development and management of processes for data transformation and integration with use of Azure stack (Data Factory, ASQL and Synapse Analytics, Data Bricks). Data Engineer will also work on monitoring, process analysis, performance tuning and cost optimization for new and existing solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, testers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of various IT projects.

Creation, configuration, implementation and integration of Data Lakes, Data Warehouse or Lake House solutions with use of Azure technologies (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL and Synapse Analytics, Data Bricks)

Building ELT and ETL processes

Collecting and monitoring performance metrics, tuning performance of processes

Identifying ways of improving the data quality and efficiency

Partnering with BI teams to define the best approach around data ingestion and data structures

4+ years of experience in Data Engineering

~ Experience in Microsoft Azure Data ecosystem (i.e. Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL and Synapse Analytics, Data Bricks)

~ Knowledge in SQL (T-SQL or any other)

~ Azure DevOps experience (Repos, Pipelines)

~ Good command of both written and spoken English (B2 level)

Experience in Python or Scala programming

Experience with Snowflake
