We are looking for a Senior NLP Engineer. Your main tasks will be: Conduct experiments with LLMs (SFT, RLHF, Adapters, etc.) to enhance model quality and conversational capabilities. Develop and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction (offline & online). Optimize models for inference to ensure high efficiency, low latency, and scalability in production environments. Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to seamlessly integrate NLP/LLM solutions into the product pipeline. We expect from you: Strong proficiency in Python, algorithms, linear algebra, probability, and statistics. Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning methods. Extensive hands‑on experience with NLP and large language models (transformers, embeddings, text generation, conversational AI). Practical experience with modern ML frameworks: NumPy, pandas, SciPy, scikit‑learn, PyTorch, Transformers. English level B2+ for effective cross‑functional communication. (Nice to have) Experience with distributed training on multi‑GPU setups, ML/AI publications, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong soft skills: results‑driven mindset, passion for AI innovations, excellent communication, ability to simplify complex concepts, problem‑solving, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
